Who We Are, In One Paragraph
Pergamus L.L.C-FZ is a trading house, registered in March 2025 under the Al Meydan Free Zone. We work on commodity and general-goods transactions between qualified buyers and suppliers, and we run the operational side of those deals end to end.
We are not a warehouse, a producer, or a freight forwarder. We are the party that sits between the buyer and the supplier on a trade: vetting both sides, locking specs and terms, running the paper chain, and organising the shipment with the right partners.
Our counterparties are importers, exporters, wholesale buyers, manufacturers, distributors, procurement teams, and institutional buyers across the markets we reach.

Source across overseas supply lanes the buyer can't reach directly
Run the trade documentation, from spec sheet through to delivery
Handle import and export paperwork on the UAE leg

How We Approach Every Trade Engagement
Paperwork First
Every engagement runs on the paperwork: spec sheets, commercial invoices, certificates, shipping documents. We treat the file as the deal, not as an afterthought.
Vet Both Sides
We check the supplier and the buyer before a trade advances. If either party doesn't hold up to basic due diligence, the inquiry stops there.
Direct Language
Pricing, availability, timeline, payment terms: we say what we mean. No hedged sentences, no wiggle words, no soft commitments we know we can't keep.
Honest About Limits
If we can't source a product, run a particular lane, or meet a requirement, we say so. We'd rather lose the inquiry than ship a problem.
